Scheduling a Post

I have copied this post from Leah at moxie photo and design, my Nebraska bloggy friend. I hope you find it as incredibly useful as I have - especially when you are on vacation to say Mt. Rushmore....

i have been using scheduling a post more and more here recently. because, well, blog ideas come in clusters. you know like good/bad things happen in threes...that sort of thing and well, uh, i figured out how to actually schedule a post. {i tried it a couple 5 or 8 months ago and must have done something wrong, so i figured it didn't work} but i tried it again. and it worked. ahhh, technology.

anyway. for those of you who do not know about this fine, fine feature. here you go.
-create your blog post as usual...pictures, text, links, what have you.
-spell check.
-'save now' (i threw this one in because, no doubt murphy and his law usually enter about now)
then, my numbers on the image:
1) click the post options so the arrow goes down and the options appear.
2) it defaults to allow comments, but maybe you don't want comments, choose now.
3) the date and time is pretty right on time, so, change it to the right date and/or time. today...tomorrow...next week.
4) (double check the date and time), then click publish. {yes, publish, the seed of fear that it will publish now is natural}

go back to livin, you just scheduled a post.
{and yes, i scheduled this one.}

My posts from March 7-March 12 were all created prior to March 5 and scheduled .... love it!
