(I forgot this morning because of the chaos of returning from my trip,
and my Veteran's Day post).
But, in my world it is still Wednesday.

I think of cool, crisp air, a long walk through the woods, riding a big clear blue wave in the ocean with little rainbows shining off the water...that's what I think :)

The way you feel after something good has happened to you.
The way you feel when you are done exercising.
The way you feel after completing a project that you have been putting off.
Or would those feelings be 'exhilarated'

i think about not working for the ancient mariners anymore...and i feel exhilarated. or is it just alive again?
