This week we have swimming lessons.
I don't like that this takes up a good part of our day. It wouldn't have to - but I am a slow mover in the mornings. So, by the time we get going and to lessons nothing has really been accomplished in the morning, then off to lessons, then over to the school lunch program (it is free and fabulous!) then home. It is well past noon going onto 1 o'clock by this time. Now, you may know that I typically nap at this point. So, now we are at two in the afternoon.... which really means I only have 1 hour before I have to start supper.
whaaa whaaaa I know. It is only two weeks, I know. But, this is my blog and I will pout if I want to! Maybe it is just the fact that I will have to go in public and act like a real person?
Do you /did you like running your kids around - am I the only evil one?

Update - we are back and we all actually had a good time. We even had enough energy to make it to the library and sign up for the summer reading program and get a big ole bag of new books to enjoy in the evenings. Then off to record a radio ad and home again.... now- let's see if I can handle 7 more week days of this.
