All human fears can be summed up in one word-
UNKNOWN
We are basically afraid of the unknown. Fear of the dark, fear of death, fear of heights- they could all be blamed on the unknown. Yes, it is a scary scary thing, that unknown

I do some of my most intensive meditation in the bathroom :-)I have tried everything to cure myself of the fear of heights...but, my mind still doesn't understand this unkown and still fears it.
