No rain, no rainbows

No rain
No rainbow....

It is simple but it is true.

It is raining today.

The kids are stuck inside.

But, I just realized that for the first time in days
they are down playing together - peacefully.

This won't last long - but neither do rainbows.

But much like rainbows this signifies hope.

Duck, Cover, and Pray

Am I the only one who finds it hard to swallow a $787 Billion pill?

I am not trying to be a naysayer - I want it to work, I hope it works.... but I wonder if spending that kind of money will cause more deficit trouble in the end or if it will be the magic pill we have all been searching for - our houses and jobs will be secure, plus we will all be thin, fit, and have great skin.
