Ask Jules

So, it is that time again.... it is time to Ask Jules.

We did this once before. It was fun (she says ignoring the knowing look from friend Amy who made her do it) Plus Adam missed it last time. So, we are going to do it again (not sure who the other part of "we" is)

In which the voices in her head say things like rubbish...

I need to jot of a post quick, because the voices in my head are telling me to.

I find myself saying and thinking things like

These are just two examples but there are many many more words and sayings that I find coming out of my head that have come from you....

I don't know about you, but, sometimes I find it scary in my head - what do you think about it in there?

To Shower or To ... smell like I didn't shower!

Today is a stay home day, the last of two before the kids are home for the summer. I am spending far too long on the computer this morning knowing that soon my time will be pulled four wee ways plus the phone and business... a crazy chaos that will calm after a week or two into a rhythm. But, just knowing this is the calm before the storm I find myself sitting back and waiting.

So, now the question is to shower, or .... suffer the consequences.

I think I will just go find my clothes. Showers are better after working anyway.

I look like a mom

Isn't it funny how a person dresses differently depending on where they are going and who will be there?

I am heading into the elementary school to present the Trans Atlantic Learning Adventure to my girly's class today. So, without thinking I picked out my outfit and set to straightening my hair and finding my sensible shoes.

I looked in the mirror and realized I soooo look like a mom.

yesterday - shabby jeans with hole in the knee, biker grey tshirt and over worn grey hoodie sweater. When I did wear shoes it was an old pair of sandles. I was home for the day, and now that I think about it looking quite shabby!So, off I go- playing the role of Mom - looking the part.

I need your opinion - looking at this pic, I think I need some bangs again? What do you think? Would that be too mom like of me ;)

If you haven't been over to TALA you should pop over today - we went on a sculpture walk with "Buller" last night, and Sabin's mom has explained what it is to be a Queen in Denmark, (and that if you aren't crown prince you tend to be a creep :) -- go now!
