Putting Life into Perspective

In keeping with yesterdays post I am trying to remain positive when in all reality my body and the outside conditions are calling me to fall into a deep dark depression. So.... consider this:

No matter who you are, there are moments when you will feel the world is too much -- days when you want to pull up the covers and stay half-asleep in bed until nightfall.

This is normal. It’s an integral part of building anything remarkable, whether a business, a relationship, or a life. Expanding your sphere of comfort and abilities comes with a cost: repeated self-doubt.

The above video may put things in perspective. In your moments of self-doubt, watch it and meditate on all of the things you’ve done that you once considering impossible.

Get back up. Bigger and better things are waiting for you.

I love reading your blog. You should be a free lance writer. Send your articles in to different magazines. I am sure you would be published and you could make a little money that way which would mean you would have another "job". But your view from your office would definetly keep you going. I am sure "someone" has told you this before.

Unfortunately, videos are not watchable on my work computer (which is where I am), but I'll come back and watch later. I'm very interested to know what it is and I haven't had time to read any of my Dr. Mercola newsletters lately.

Keep your chin up Jules...in five more days we will officially be at winter's halfway point.

Starlene - yes, come back and watch - I actually got a little choked up. But, today is a happy (pay) day! I can finally get to the grocery! OH HAPPY DAY!
